Our Story
Local Landlords Who Actually Care
Grace Apartments is a family-owned property management company based in Lafayette, Indiana. We've been helping people find quality, affordable homes in Lafayette and Frankfort for years — and we're proud to call this community home too. Se habla Espanol!
Our Mission
We believe renting should be simple, transparent, and stress-free. Too many tenants have dealt with unresponsive landlords, surprise fees, and properties that don't get the care they deserve. We set out to do things differently.
From the moment you inquire about a listing to the day you renew your lease, our goal is to make you feel at home — not just in your apartment, but in your relationship with us. We answer our phones, respond to maintenance requests promptly, and treat every tenant like a neighbor.

We maintain our properties to a high standard so you can feel comfortable and proud of where you live.
